  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, conversion rates, and retention strategies whilst developing and implementing the company’s marketing calendar, including media plans and competitive analysis.
  • Supporting new business pursuits by defining activities, estimating resources, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
  • Effectively deploying internet, social media, email marketing, collateral, merchandise, and other communication channels with support from the corporate team, and taking ownership of local brand responsibilities, managing all aspects of social media presence including “Google my business”, taking responsibility for all digital aspects relating but not limited to customer feedback and complaints, which should be resolved and/or answered within 24 hours after posting.
  • Planning and executing marketing events in coordination with restaurant operations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, driving store-level local store marketing (LSM) initiatives to enhance local brand presence and sales performance, and collecting and analysing data to optimize marketing programs that demonstrate measurable sales growth.
